Another highlighter has now been added to my ever-expanding collection, and it’s the Milk Makeup Flex Highlighter. Every time I promise not to buy any more highlighters, I’m really just lying to myself. Maybe it’s time to accept the truth that I will always hoard highlighters.
I’ve recently become quite interested in Milk Makeup. Recently, I gave their KUSH High Volume Mascara a review (you can find the review by clicking Kush Makeup Review). I couldn’t help but see this gorgeous highlighter out of the corner of my eye as I was picking up that mascara. Then, it was a case of love at first sight!
Milk Makeup Flex Highlighter Delivers!

I decided to get the stunning Illuminated Shade, which is what I did! Along with falling in love with the color (after swatching it), I also grew to appreciate the formula the more I used it. It produces the most beautiful skin-line, internally lighted glow. Unlike to many other formulas, it does not at all draw attention to pores and gives the complexion a dewy sheen. There is no way that it is subtle in any way. Although the product can be built up or enhanced, I didn’t feel the need to layer it at all because of the wonderful pigment. Two swipes across my cheeks were all it took to get the results I wanted.
Furthermore very striking were the formula’s performance and durability. After more than 12 hours, it hasn’t displayed any signs of fading, which is really outstanding. It can be a little challenging to distinguish between them in what seems like a sea of highlighters.
