I am a major advocate for doing a little self-care, such as giving my skin tender, loving care. I enjoy experimenting with different masks and skincare products in general, especially those that use only natural, plant-based components. When Herbal Dynamics Beauty contacted me and offered to send me some of their products to try, I was excited to find out more about what they did and how great their products were.
Herbal Dynamics Beauty Overview
Herbal Dynamics Beauty is a cutting-edge line of personal care products that aims to give people all-natural, low-cost items. The objective of Herbal Dynamics Beauty is to use only the best and most natural botanical components with no added substances (e.g., parabens, sulfates, and phthalates).
I opted to try two of their products that I thought would be most fitting for my combination skin type: Cacao & Chamomile Clearing Clay Mask & Collagen NR8 Restorative COQ10 Facial Toner.
When I learned more about the Herbal Dynamics Beauty product line, the collagen restorative toner was the first thing that caught my eye. Was this the toner or formula of my dreams, with a delicate balance of collagen-promoting ingredients and potent botanicals to nourish the skin? Contains hyaluronic acid, which my skin adores; papaya extract, which exfoliates the skin and encourages cell turnover; and chamomile, which naturally reduces inflammation in the skin.
Combination skin can be difficult to care for because some products dry it out too much while others don’t dry it out enough (to tame those oils of mine). It seems as difficult to find the ideal balance as a unicorn. And with this toner, I might have just discovered mine. This toner instantly won the heart of my skin. For the past three weeks, I’ve been using it daily (morning and night), and I’ve seen significant improvements in the appearance of my skin. I’m quite sensitive, and I occasionally get a lot of redness.
My Skin Feels Balanced
This toner nearly immediately reduces any noticeable redness. I can see less redness around my cheek as soon as I apply it to my skin (my problem area). My skin feels balanced and is prepared for the rest of my skincare regimen after the toner. This product has an exquisite scent. Although somewhat lemony, it is fresh. Every time I dispense product onto facial tissue, I inhale deeply because I adore the aroma.
I was certain the cacao and chamomile mask would be ideal for me before ever tasting it, based just on the major components. Clay masks are a favorite of mine because they really do provide obvious benefits quickly on the skin. By combining chemicals that simultaneously clear or unclog pores and soothe the skin, HD Beauty created a potent, effective mask. One of the main components of this amazing mask, bentonite clay, has long been a favorite of mine for both my beauty routine and general wellness.
I take it very frequently to treat stomach or digestion-related problems and to generally detox my body. It causes my skin to purge all the nasty in the greatest way possible. After only one use, my hormonally sensitive skin had undergone an immediate transformation. Since I started using it a few times during the past several weeks, the mask has greatly assisted in clearing out my overall congestion. Overall, breakouts and blackheads are becoming less frequent (which I am prone to).
My Skin is Getting Better
In order to further ease any existing breakouts, I also spot-applied it overnight. I had a powerful tickle when I first put on the mask, which obviously alarmed me because I am prone to being sensitive and receptive. However, I experienced no concerns with sensitivity or post-application redness, so this tickle was merely a sign that the mask was working as intended. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with how well this mask has worked because I can tell that my skin is getting better the longer I use it.
I am ecstatic with how well both things work, and I can’t wait to try more (I have my eye on a few more that might be right up my alley). Knowing that I’m using items that are natural, safe, and very powerful makes me feel wonderful. The shelf life of a product is never very lengthy when natural ingredients are used, so you can always purchase a new batch, which makes the product even more effective. Herbal Dynamics Beauty pleased me greatly with its wonderful ingredients and fair/reasonable price point.
