Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner, which retails for $14 for 120 milliliters, is an effective brightening toner that can be used on a daily basis. It can only be purchased through Beautylish, just like the rest of the products in the line. Another one of this brand’s products has proven to be successful thanks to the high quality and potency of its components, as well as the incredible value it offers at an attractive price point. Let’s delve even further into the process that went into making this toner.
Since quite some time ago, the Good Molecules line has consistently won my admiration. Products from this particular brand account for approximately 80 percent of my daily skincare regimen. Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner Delivers Fantastic Results
The fact that the Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner was included in the lineup not only made perfect sense but also made me a very happy person. It is possible that the idea of toner is difficult to get excited about; in fact, I frequently hear of people skipping the toning step entirely due to the fact that many products fail to deliver on their visible promises. However, this toner delivers such fantastic results that it is difficult not to get excited about it.
Niacinamide Brightening Toner is comprised of a well-considered assortment of constituents, all of which collaborate in a congenial fashion to bring about a discernible brightening of the complexion. In addition to not containing any alcohol or fragrance, its pH level is perfectly balanced at 6.2. In this situation, what role does the PH balance play? A very significant function: the pH of healthy skin is somewhere around 5.5, making it only slightly acidic.
Balancing PH Levels
When the pH level of the skin is in a state of balance, the skin is in its healthiest state and is able to avoid potential infections such as dermatitis, acne, and candida. Good Molecules, taking a cue from Korean beauty products, which are all about balancing pH levels, understood the importance of balancing the skin’s pH in order to reduce irritation and avoid stripping the skin of its natural oils. This was accomplished by balancing the skin’s pH. With Vitamin C ingredients added to the formula to brighten the skin, keeping pH balance in mind was imperative, and Good Molecules aced this task.
Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is the main ingredient. It works well with arbutin, licorice root extract, and Vitamin C. While arbutin helps with hyperpigmentation, licorice root reduces inflammation and blocks excessive melanin production. Arbutin also helps with hyperpigmentation. Because I have always kept Niacinamide (more specifically, the Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum) and Vitamin C in separate containers, at first, the inclusion of Vitamin C in this formulation came as a bit of a surprise to me (the Good Molecules Vitamin C Booster Powder).
However, the formulation and, specifically, the proportions of the ingredients used make this a safe product (and a safe combination of ingredients). Even though I have extremely sensitive skin I have not experienced any problems or irritations from using this product twice per day or on a daily basis.
My Skin Had a More Radiant Appearance
Using Good Molecule’s Niacinamide Serum was already part of my skincare regimen. The application of the toner was critical in enabling me to see the outcomes that were promised. The very first time I used it, I noticed that my skin had a more radiant appearance. About 5 days after I began using the toner, I noticed a much more even skin tone and visibly smaller pores.
The longer I continued to apply the toner, the more noticeable the effects of it became. As an adult, I still get occasional cystic acne and significant acne scarring. Because I’ve had acne for practically my entire adult life, the toner helped a great deal in reducing the amount of visible scarring and also lightened up the hyperpigmentation on my skin. However, I still get occasional cystic acne.
Skin Application Process
I have been applying the toner twice a day, sometimes even every single day (only skipping on days that I use the Vitamin C Booster Powder, which is three times a week). After I wash my face in the morning, I take a cotton pad, put some toner on it, and then use my tried-and-true, holy grail-level Shiseido Facial Cotton to put it all over my face.
Step 2 consists of me putting a few drops of the product into the palms of my hands and then patting it into the areas of my cheeks and nose where I have the most problems with enlarged pores. Using this method has helped me reduce the size of my pores in amazing ways. When I’m done cleansing my skin at night, I just sweep across my whole face and skip step 2, which I only do in the morning before putting on my makeup.
It is not necessary for you to be a toner nut like I am in order to recognize the value of this product. My skin always feels wonderful after using it, and it does not become irritated. Because it produces immediate results that improve with continued application, this toner has earned a spot in my arsenal and will remain there indefinitely. You don’t need to look any further if you want more radiant skin and a more even, brighter skin tone. Any routine would benefit tremendously from the addition of this incredible toner.
