Peter Thomas Roth FIRMx Peeling Gel is Game Changing
PTR masks have been a favorite of mine for a very long time, and I’ve gone through multiple jars of my cherished Pumpkin Enzyme Mask, which is actually what I was employing for the time being to fulfill my requirements for exfoliation (I absolutely love dual-action products like these). The FIRMx Peeling Gel is an innovative and game-changing type of exfoliant that is unlike any other product of its kind that I have used in the past.
Both Sephora and Ulta Beauty carry the FIRMx Peeling Gel, which retails for $48 for 3.4 ounces. When massaged into the skin, the gel-based formula works by rolling, lifting, and sweeping away impurities in the same way that the name of the product suggests it will.
Gentle, Yet Strong Formula is Packed with Enzymes Including
- Pineapple, Pomegranate and Keratinase Enzymes: Help to exfoliate skin’s surface.
- Cellulose: Helps smooth the appearance of skin.
- Glycerin and Hyaluronic Acid: Help soothe and hydrate the look of skin.
What took me by surprise about this formula was how gentle the exfoliation felt, despite the fact that a significant amount of gunk was removed from my skin. This took pore cleansing to an entirely new level for me, particularly in the region around my nose, which was my most problematic pore area. It feels like an eternity since I last saw my face in such pristine condition.
Even though my skin is very sensitive, I didn’t have any bad reactions when I used this great product. With other exfoliation products, my skin would get red and irritated, but not with this one. In accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, I applied it all over my face, let it sit for one to five minutes, and then rubbed the product to collect the dead skin cells. This allowed for a more effective exfoliation.
The final product is skin that is exceptionally smooth and has been thoroughly cleaned. The dry spots on my face got better right away. After just one application, there was hardly any of it left over (improvements continued with subsequent usage). After using this product, my skin is left feeling incredibly smooth, and when I use it at night, my other skincare products absorb into my skin much more effectively. Overall, my skin has been feeling fantastic ever since I started using this product.
In my opinion, this is an incredible product that can be used on any and all varieties of skin. On the other hand, because of its mild nature, this could be a sensitive skin type’s best friend.
